Philip comes to Colliers with over 18 years of experience within the retail sector, where he has represented developers, investors, landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in brokerage services. Prior to joining Colliers, Philip was with The Chambers Group for 10 years focused on retail and land transactions, prior to that he  was with Centurion Partners Development  as their Director of Leasing. Mr. Corriher is a native Charlottean and relying on his close proximity as a long-time resident of Charlotte, Philip has a unique handle on the pulse of the Charlotte growth.

Most recently in 2019, Mr. Corriher was named the Top Retail Producer from the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR).
